Where are your camps located?
Our camps are located at our state-of-the-art high school campus (4041 Johnston Oehler Road). Welcome to Kindergarten Camp is offered at our elementary school campus (9501 David Taylor Drive).
Are Corvian Summer Camps open to the Public?
Yes! We welcome students from all schools. Register with a friend!
My camper would like to be placed in a group with his/her friend in Day Camp. Is this possible?
If your camper is in the same grade or the grade above or below his/her friend, we will make it happen! Please be sure to make this request when you register.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! We offer 10% off on enrichment camps when you use the promo code CORVIAN22 and register by April 1st. We also offer free lunch for campers who enroll in five or more weeks of full day camp.
Do you offer payment plans?
Enrichment Camp registration must be paid in full when you register. Families registering for Day Camp may pay a 20% non-refundable deposit. The balance for camps will be due on May 15 (June camps), June 15 (July camps), and July 15 (August camps).
Do you offer before and after care?
Yes! We offer extended care options for Day Campers and Enrichment Campers.
I already registered, but want to add lunch or extended care. Is this possible?
Yes! Please complete our Add-On Registration Form.
If I enroll in a morning and afternoon Enrichment Camp, will my camper be able to stay for lunch?
Yes! Campers who attend morning and afternoon camps may bring a lunch to eat between noon and 1. They will be supervised by Camp Corvian staff.
Do I need a car tag to pick up my student?
If your student is in 1st-6th grade, you will receive a car tag, via email. You may print the car tag or show it on your phone during pick up.
What time may I drop my camper off?
Before Care Starting at 7 am
Day Camp (Full Day) 7:50 - 8 am
Day Camp (Half Day- AM) 7:50 - 8 am
Day Camp (Half Day- PM) 12:50 - 1 pm
Enrichment Camp (AM) 8:50 - 9 am

What time should I pick my camper up?
Day Camp (Full Day) 5:00 - 5:10 pm

What are your payment and refund policies?
What should my child wear?
Your camper should dress in clothing appropriate for the camp they are attending. Day Campers should wear or bring sneakers and dress in comfortable clothing. We spend some time outside, so be sure to put sunscreen on your camper.
What should my child bring?
Your camper should feel free to bring a daily snack and refillable water bottle. Students attending camp for the full day should bring a bag lunch if you have not pre-purchased lunch during the registration process. Don't pack anything that needs to be refrigerated or microwaved. Our camp store will be open at various times throughout the day. Campers will be able to purchase snacks and drinks.
Is summer camp "nut free"?
No. However, we do ask that you provide information about any allergies your camper has during the registration process.
What should I do if my child has allergies or a medical condition?
During the registration process you will be asked to provide information about allergies and/or other medical conditions. If your child needs medication during camp, please complete and return this Request for Medication Administration Form on the first day of camp.
What is your cell phone/electronics policy?
We want to encourage campers to enjoy the planned activities and to make new friends. For this reason, we ask that all phones and other devices be turned off and put away. Corvian Community School and staff members are not responsible for any devices brought by students.
What Covid-19 protocols will you have in place?
Camp Corvian will follow NCDHHS protocols in place for the summer of 2022. We will post more information when it becomes available.
What should I do if I have additional questions?
One week prior to the start of camp, you will receive additional information via email. In the meantime, if you have questions, please email Rebekah DiGavero.

- Camp, Extended Care, and Lunch Registrations/Orders are non-refundable.
- Parents may transfer campers to another camp up to 14 days before the first day of camp. Parents are responsible for any difference in fees.
- If a camper tests positive for Covid-19 within 10 days of the first day of camp, parents will received a credit or refund. Documentation of positive test result required.
